Made to order

Every NOCTEVRA piece is printed just for you after you purchase. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering, or contact us and we'll help you choose.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Lost packages

If tracking stops moving or your package never arrives, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly, so we can only cancel if you contact us within a few hours of ordering and production hasn't started.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
